Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and programs, sold programs are strictly non-refundable once access has begun, with the following exceptions:
- Emergency health conditions or injuries that prevent you from continuing, provided a certified medical report is submitted.
- Newly discovered pregnancy that conflicts with the training program.
Important Note: Refund requests, along with the required medical report, must be submitted within a period of 10 to 15 days maximum from the date of purchase. No requests will be considered after this period.
